As part of your performance engine build, our bespoke up-rated injectors fitted with the following nozzles will help achieve the following BHP. We have also found that the best injector body to use is 0414 720 038 – 038 130 073 AL Power achievable is subject to the correct build and re-mapping.

If we send injectors before you return your old units, you must pay the refundable core surcharge upfront. We will pass you the surcharge credit when you return your original units. They will need to conform to our terms & conditions. We need the same part number you receive “like for like.”

Wuzetem or Firad + 120% nozzles can achieve up to 350bhp (Stock PD140 Injectors do -235bhp). At maximum delivery, these injectors deliver 30% more than a stock injector. This performance diesel + 120% is a refurbished Bosch PD injector, 03G 130 073 B fitted with genuine Firad or Wuzetem Nozzles. Stock depends on the availability of the 120% Nozzles.

Technical Specification

Specialist equipment is needed to strip and inspect the injectors due to the complex setup of internal locating plates and pins. With every service, we provide a complete strip-down and inspection. Parts are then ultrasonically cleaned and worn parts replaced. We undertake an electrical check on the solenoid to determine its condition. Send your PD injectors to us with your own high flow nozzles and we’ll fit them and recalibrate your injectors – including an enclosed test report showing the fuel delivery increase. Prices are per one injector. A new injector seal and washer kit is included within the price.
