TDCI
Probably the most troublesome and temperamental of all the diesel fuel injection systems so we are bound to see many comments here.

I had a problem with injector blow by on a 2005 Ford Focus 1.6 tdci. The carbon resin stuff that forms is really hard to shift and I had to use 3 applications of the turbo clean kit (plenty left though). Its all fairly straight forward once you get the injector out but from my experience I'd recommend the following.
1. Get plenty of paper workshop towels/strong kitchen towels to blow every hole into the engine and tape over the open diesel fuel line when they are exposed.
2. Be very careful of paintwork, turbo clean eats into it like acid. (I had 1 very small drip that fell onto the paintwork that left what now looks like a very large stone chip)
3. Inevitably a lot of the turbo clean ends up in the cylinder which in my case caused a little hydrolock when I tried to start the engine. Before refitting the injectors Just spin the engine on the starter (very briefly) to eject any excess fluid cover the injector bores with rags to stop it spraying everywhere.
4. Cleanliness is difficult to achieve but VERY IMPORTANT. I fixed the blow by but have probably messed up the injector spray pattern as the engine seems a little lumpy below 2000 rpm at low throttle openings.
